Quantum complaints Procedure
At Quantum we pride ourselves on the service we offer to our clients. Occasionally though, despite our best efforts, things may go wrong and as a consequence you may have cause for concern.
If you have a complaint about our services then this should be referred verbally or in writing to

Your complaint will be acknowledged within five working days of receipt. We aim to investigate and issue a written response within eight weeks of receipt. If your complaint is particularly complex, it may take longer to resolve. If so, then we will contact you regularly to update you on progress at two weekly intervals.
If, for any reason, you are not happy with the explanation that we provide to you, or the recourse action that we propose, we will provide you with details of the appropriate independent regulator who you can ask to review your complaint.
